Online Orders and Delivery June 2020

Please allow a little more time to receive your orders

Our warehouse teams are working hard to pack all orders while maintaining a safe social distance at this time. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your order to be processed by our team and we will be sure to let you know once it has been sent. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has left our warehouse.


Parcel delivery may take longer than usual

Orders are also taking longer to be received due to delays with Australia Post’s parcel service. Please follow your order tracking details when you receive your shipping confirmation email from us. As a minimum, we suggest allowing an additional 3 business days for your delivery to be completed, on top of our usual timeframes. You can see our usual shipping and delivery information here.

Making things easier:

In-store and online returns extended
We have extended our return period from 14 days to 90 days for both in-store and online purchases.

Gift Cards - Extended Expiry
If you have a gift card that is due to expire during our temporary store closure, we will honour the current value of the card until October 2020.

Australia Post continues to operate its regular delivery service with us. We offer free express shipping on all orders over $80 (Australia Only).
