1. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

How much does delivery cost to New Zealand? 

Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100, otherwise the shipping cost is $30 for orders under $100.
In-store gift card purchases over $80 receive free shipping, otherwise the shipping cost is $5 for gift card purchases under $80.

 

 How much does international delivery cost?

International Delivery we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD or $5 AUD for in-store gift card purchases. 

Please note that our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 business days.

Sportsgirl ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service for all our international orders. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping company with the tracking number provided.

Please note: We do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

2. SHIPPING LOCALLY

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed at our facilities before shipment.

 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will be emailed to you from Australia Post. 

 

During any promotional periods on our website, processing time of orders may take a little longer and we kindly request your patience.

 

Please note at this time Australia Post are experiencing delays across their network, affecting all of their deliveries including Express.

Gift cards over $50 will receive Free Express Shipping at checkout, and for below $50, a shipping fee of $5 will apply.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking details will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been shipped directly from Australia Post.

Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be processed at our facilities before shipment, and during promotions, an additional business day.

If you have an account with us and were logged in at the time of checkout, you will also receive your tracking details in your profile.

4. HAS MY ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?

Before despatch/shipment, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our team, and during promotional periods, an additional business day. 

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post via email. 

5. WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact us if you have made an error with your order details or the contents of your order.

6. CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

You can add a gift message when you reach the shopping bag. Just fill in the fields to, from and message for a little gift note to be added to your order.

7. WHAT IS AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or StarTrack and will require a signature on delivery; this will be taken to a nearby Post Office if you are not home.

 

If you will not be home to receive the delivery, you can select Authority to Leave (ATL) box at the check out to authorise us to arrange your order to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring your signature.  You will receive confirmation that your order has been delivered via email. 

 

Please note: Sportsgirl will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address.  Sportsgirl will not be in the position to offer a replacement or a refund for any lost or damaged goods as a result of you selecting authority to leave.
