3. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

How much does delivery cost to New Zealand? 

For Delivery to New Zealand we charge a flat rate of $15 AUD for all orders.

 

How much does delivery cost?

International Delivery we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 business days.

Sportsgirl ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service for all our international orders. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping company with the tracking number provided.

Please note: We do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

4. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Deliver to Selected Home, PO Box or Work Address order

All orders will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you. Your parcel can be tracked here.

 

Deliver to Store order

To track a Deliver to Store order, you will also receive an email once it has been despatched with your tracking number so you can follow your order through to the delivery at your selected store. You can track your order here.

 

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. HAS MY ORDER BEEN DESPATCHED YET?

Deliver to Selected Home, PO Box or Work Address order:

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched.

 

Deliver to Store order:

If you have selected deliver to store, you will also receive an email once your order has been delivered to the store.

6. IS DELIVERY TO PO BOXES AVAILABLE

7. WHAT IS AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or StarTrack and will require a signature on delivery; this will be taken to a nearby Post Office if you are not home.

 

If you will not be home to receive the delivery, you can select Authority to Leave (ATL) box at the check out to authorise us to arrange your order to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring your signature.  You will receive conformation that your order has been delivered via email. 

 

Please note: Sportsgirl will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address.  Sportsgirl will not be in the position to offer a replacement or a refund for any lost or damaged goods as a result of you selecting authority to leave.

 

8. WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You may have entered an invalid email address or your order did not go through.

 

I HAVE PLACED THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER

We always ask that you check all details prior to checking out.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

Please contact us immediately if you have received the incorrect goods.

9. WHAT IS DELIVER TO STORE?

Deliver to Store allows you to place an order online, and have it shipped to your nominated Sportsgirl store in Australia.

11. HOW DOES DELIVER TO STORE WORK?

All deliver to store orders are processed and delivered from our online location, which takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

To Victorian Stores: 

Delivered from our warehouse to all Victorian stores the next business day.

 

To interstate Stores:

Delivered to all other interstate stores within 3 business days.

 

You will receive a notification from Australia Post when your parcel has been delivered to the nominated store.
Once notified by Australia Post, head into the nominated store with your Photo ID to collect your parcel.
Your parcel will be kept in stores for 14 days awaiting collection.

Feel free to try on your purchase in store and exchange or refund any items immediately, or take your order home and return these to our online store.

 

Please note: Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after that time period.

12. HOW DO I SELECT DELIVER TO STORE?

Place your order online and collect it in any of our stores across Australia in a few simple steps:


Shop Online, add your items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.


1. Select Shipping Method.
2. Choose Deliver to Store at Checkout. 
3. Select your preferred store – all of our stores offer Deliver to Store.
4. Click “Continue” and complete the remaining steps at Checkout as per normal.

13. CAN I CHANGE THE COLLECTION STORE FOR MY ORDER?

Once the order has left the online warehouse, we are unable to change the destination store of your parcel.

14. CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE ON MY BEHALF?

If you would like to organise someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please contact the store directly to arrange this.

15. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO STORE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

To collect your order, you will need to show photo ID (such as a driver’s license) and your online order confirmation email.

16. CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

You can add a gift message when you reach the shopping bag. Just fill in the fields to, from and message for a little gift note to be added to your order.

17. HOW LONG ARE ORDERS KEPT FOR COLLECTION IN STORE?

Your order must be collected within 14 days of delivery to your nominated store.

If after 14 days your order has not been collected, the store will endeavour to contact you, but if we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to cancel your order and process a refund.

If you need more time to collect your order, please contact the store directly to arrange this.
