Read on below to find out more about them and how they embrace 'EXPRESS YOURSELF'.
How do you express yourself?
I definitely express myself through my makeup. Makeup is such a fun and cool way to showcase who you want to be for the day, and I love that.
How did you become a hair & makeup artist?
I started initially getting into makeup because I had really bad skin and was insecure so I used to cover it up, then I gradually just became better at it and then started doing my sisters makeup. That turned into doing my sister’s friend's makeup, and their friend's makeup. I realised how much I loved making people feel beautiful and happy, so it became my passion! I no longer use makeup to hide insecurities, makeup is my art!
What was the inspiration behind the beauty look you created today?
I just feel like getting ready with your friends is the most fun part about going out, and to me that process feels colourful, bright and joyful. Hanging out with your friends feels like a rainbow, so that’s what inspired my look!
We asked you to bring along some personal items to shoot that express who you are, tell us about them?
I brought my perfume, because to me, there is no better compliment then someone saying that you smell good! I also brought my makeup brushes, because they are the very tools that allow me to be creative and do what I love.
What’s your favourite beauty tip?
Wear EVERYTHING with confidence!

How do you express yourself?
I express myself through the way I do my makeup, with my tattoos, by the way I dress & the way compose myself.
How did you become a hair & makeup artist?
When I was a kid I was always painting & drawing, it was only natural that I started doing makeup for friends in high school - that’s what lead me to go to study makeup in an academy and I began assisting makeup artists on editorial photo shoots.
What was the inspiration behind the beauty look you created today?
I wanted to look fierce & feminine at the same time, because that’s how I feel inside.

I brought the Aboriginal flag patch that my mum gifted me, I am a proud Wemba Wemba & Gunditjmara woman, so I love representing my culture whenever I can.
What’s your favourite beauty tip?
For glowing skin: moisturise & stay away from people who stress you out!

How do you express yourself?
I express myself through the clothes I wear, how I do my makeup and basically anything that I can add a touch of ‘me’ to. I would definitely call myself an extrovert, so I like to express myself in a way that’s bold, colourful and unique. I feel it’s an extension of my personality and the way that I express myself to those around me.
How did you become a hair & makeup artist?
I was always very creative as a kid, I knew that I wanted to do something with my life that allowed me to express my creativity. I started studying beauty in high school and then completed my Diploma of Specialist Makeup Services at the Academy of Makeup my first year out of high school. After the completion of my course I started an Instagram to start posting my looks and my client base grew from there. The rest is history!
What was the inspiration behind the beauty look you created today?
I love all things colour and fun when it comes to makeup, I was so excited when I saw these flowers! I decided not to hold back and use as many as possible (because more is more in my books!). My Oma used to have a daisy garden outside her house when I was little. The colours of the Daisies she had in her garden inspired my choice for the ones I decided to use for my makeup look.
We asked you to bring along some personal items to shoot that express who you are, tell us about them?
I brought some my favourite books from home, one is a book of my favourite photographer, Tim Walker’s work, some of my crazy vases that fill my crazily decorated apartment and my film camera amongst other things. These items are very special to me. Tim Walker‘s book has been such an inspiration, his work is unique and mindbending. My vases are weird and wacky just like me! And my film camera has captured so many incredible memories over my life.
What’s your favourite beauty tip?
Take care of your skin! Cleanse and moisturise your face every night before you go to bed, and apply SPF 50+ every morning. But don’t forget about your neck! This is an area that’s often overlooked, but you’ll thank yourself in 40 years if you include your neck and décolletage in your skincare regime.
