We caught up with Olympia pre-race to find out a little more about her life + her exercise regime.
What’s your key to keeping fit? What’s your weekly regime?
F45 is my key. I try and make it in there everyday! It’s so much fun, the trainers are great, the culture is amazing and it keeps you hella fit.
Top three RNB tunes you’ll never get sick of?
Tough!!! I have so many!!!!! I would have to do with at least on Beyoncé song – crazy in love. Rihanna – needed me and we have to go with an old school Missy Elliot hit, Get your freak on!
What are you looking forward to the most when running at The Color Run Night with Sportsgirl?
Well, it will be my first Color Run so I’m super excited to get covered in colourful paint and take pictures with all the girls and boys running… or doing a brisk walk in my case hehe
Top three fashion trends for AW17 – GO!
Big coats draped over your shoulders!! One of my favourite looks.
Lots of neutral tones. I love nude on nude on white on white!
My last – I love a woman in a suit! Tailored pants with a structured blazer! Divine
What advice do you have for young girls wanting to break into the acting/modelling scene?
I get asked this question all the time and I always find it really hard to answer because I kind of just fell into my role. But in saying that, my advice would be to study the art of acting. Enrol into an acting school for TV and film or a preforming art school. Get as much knowledge as possible and work with as many people as you can.
What’s an average day like for Olympia?
It always changes depending on my work schedule. Not one day is ever the same. However most days it starts with me waking up super early, driving to work in my PJ’s , getting my hair and makeup done, eat while that’s all going on, act a few scenes, jump back in my car (still in my PJ’s, get home and go to bed. That’s a typical day for me!

Always evolving. Mood dependant. Mostly comfortable
What are your plans for 2017? Anything exciting on the horizon?
2017 is all about focusing a good work life balance. Something I’ve maybe struggled with in the past. As for anything exciting on the horizon… I’m working on a number of projects that I’m really passionate about so watch this space.
