UPDATES ON OUR STORES

 

 

Like all Australians, our hearts have been heavy from the devastation caused by the ongoing floods in Queensland and New South Wales. 

We have the spent the following days ensuring our team members in these locations have support during this challenging time, and our thoughts are with all customers and extended community who continue to be affected by these events.

Sportsgirl stores that have been impacted include Lismore & Toombul. These stores will remain temporarily
closed whilst we asses the damage and make neccessary repairs.

For any updates regarding affected stores, we will keep you updated via our website & socials.

If you would like also like to offer support & donate, you can do so via the Red Cross, Salvations Army or GIVIT.

Please call your local store directly prior to your visit as opening/closing times can change suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances

 

 

NEW SOUTH WALES

In line with government regulations, the below NSW stores are now open:

VICTORIA

In line with government regulations, our stores in Melbourne metro

have reopened from Saturday 30th October 2021.

All VIC regional stores continue to trade as usual.

 The rest of our stores across Australia are open.

Slowly, safely but steadily, we’re coming together and we’re looking forward to seeing your

faces again.


The past two years have been eventful and ever-changing – and we will keep you up to date

if things continue to change.

We’ve made a few changes to how you can shop in our stores, so we can serve you safely.

 

 

Social distancing means that we will limit the number of customers in stores at one time. These numbers will be displayed on our storefronts.

 

 

 

All stores have been extensively cleaned before reopening and fitted with hand sanitiser.

 

 

Our fitting rooms are open but remain a no service area for now.

 

 

Our preferred payment options are card or gift card, but we do accept cash. 

 

As store hours are subject to change at short notice, we recommend that you call your local store for its opening hours that day.
If you’d prefer to stay at home, you can shop online with us 24/7.


Please stay connected with us on email and social media for the latest information. Remember that we have also extended our returns period, gift card expiry and active laybys, but please aim to come into store as soon as you can to return, redeem or pick up.

ONLINE ORDERS

Online orders are currently taking between  - business days to be processed before shipment.

Your orders are still being shipped via Express post and for the current delivery timeframes by Australia Post, please visit here

 

Once it leaves our facilities, you’ll receive your tracking details from Australia Post via email within 24 hours.

We understand the excitement that comes with receiving your new Sportsgirl items and thank you for your patience.

ONLINE RETURNS

 

Our teams are still working through more postal returns than usual.

Once your returns parcel is received, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
