Like all Australians, our hearts have been heavy from the devastation caused by the ongoing floods in Queensland and New South Wales. 

We have the spent the following days ensuring our team members in these locations have support during this challenging time, and our thoughts are with all customers and extended community who continue to be affected by these events.

Sportsgirl stores that have been impacted include Lismore & Toombul. These stores will remain temporarily
closed whilst we asses the damage and make neccessary repairs.

For any updates regarding affected stores, we will keep you updated via our website & socials.

If you would like also like to offer support & donate, you can do so via the Red Cross, Salvations Army or GIVIT.

Online orders are currently taking between  - business days to be processed before shipment.

Your orders are still being shipped via Express post and for the current delivery timeframes by Australia Post, please visit here

 

Once it leaves our facilities, you’ll receive your tracking details from Australia Post via email within 24 hours.

Our teams are still working through more postal returns than usual.

Once your returns parcel is received, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
