Colours do more than just look good - they influence our mood, amp up our style, and help us show off who we really are.

Each colour in our Sportsgirl Stripes brings its own vibe, resonating with different parts of our personality and values. This July, with Laila, Nyama, and Zoe, we celebrate our iconic Sportsgirl Stripes, encouraging Generation Sportsgirl to embrace their unique hues and let their true colours shine.

ZOE: How do you prioritise self-care?
I’ve learnt a lot about self care during year 12 this year and I’ve found it’s important to listen to your mind and body when you're overworking yourself and to take a step back and relax...whether that’s needing to grab something to eat after studying for too long, or just needing to go relax with family.
