1. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP ONLINE?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us online. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout.

2. WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ONLINE?

If the item you are looking for is no longer available online, contact your local store and they will be able to help you find what you’re looking for.

3. CAN I PLACE A PHONE ORDER INSTORE?

Can’t find the item at a store near you? No problems! If it is available at a different location, we can send it to you via phone order.

Phone orders can be processed from any store in Australia for domestic deliveries only, all you need is a valid credit card.

 

All phone orders incur a flat $10 courier fee and take 3-5 business days to arrive to your destination.

4. AN ITEM IS A DIFFERENT PRICE ONLINE AND IN STORE?

We aim to have the same prices online as in store. However, from time to time there may be special online offers that are not available in store and vice versa.

5. WHAT SIZE RANGE DOES SPORTSGIRL STOCK?

Sportsgirl currently stocks sizes 4 to 16 or XXS to XL in our clothing.

 

Our footwear range is available in sizes 6 to 10 or sizes 36 to 41 in European sizing.

BUST

Around the fullest part, arms should be down by your side and slightly apart. The measuring tape must be horizontal against the body.


WAIST

To be measured around the natural waistline. The measuring tape must be horizontal against the body.


LOW HIP

Around the fullest part of the hip. Measuring tape must be horizontal against the body.

8. WILL SPORTSGIRL HOLD ITEMS FOR ME?

Yes, we can hold full price items for a maximum of three days in store. We are unable to hold stock in our online store.

Please contact your local store to place an item on hold.

9. DOES SPORTSGIRL HAVE LAY-BY?

Yes, we do offer lay-by in store but lay-by is not available online. Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. When you put an item on lay-by a 20% deposit will be required and if the lay-by is cancelled, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Lay-bys are not available online

10. CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE AND ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

At checkout you must indicate the order is a gift by checking the box provided. Enter the gift recipient’s address as the shipping details and the billing details as your own address so the invoice will be sent to you and the lucky person will receive the beautifully packaged gift without seeing how much was spent on the order. If you want you may also send them a message to go with your gift by entering it into the text field at checkout, which will be sent with the parcel.
