Do I need to create an account to shop online?

No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout.

However, by creating an online account at and you’ll have access to the following features:

  • A fast, easy check out - because your details will be stored in our system already!
  • Order status – you’ll be able to see the status of any current orders
  • Past order history – just in case you need to check what you’ve already purchased
  • Wishlist creator – send hints to your friends
  • Update your details – you can easily change or update your account info

  • Store alternate e-mail addresses – for shipping to other family members or friends

What Do I Do If The Item I Am Looking For Is No Longer Available Online?

Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you've seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly. However, if the item you are after has been sold out, and you are in Australia, please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available, or whether it will be available again soon.

Can I Place A Phone Order?

If the item you’re trying to get your hands on is available in another state or store you can call and place a phone order and it will be shipped to your door for the cost of $10.00 AUD within Australia.

Will Sportsgirl hold items for me?

Yes, we can hold full price items for a maximum of three days in store. We are unable to hold stock in our online store. 

Please contact your local store to place an item on hold.

Does Sportsgirl have lay-by?

Yes, we do offer lay-by in store but lay-by is not available online. Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. When you put an item on lay-by a 20% deposit will be required and if the lay-by is cancelled, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Lay-bys are not available online.

I've seen something I want in your store, but I can’t find it online?

We aim to have our full range available online. However, from time to time items may sell out or the item you’re interested in may not be available online. If you cannot see the item you want online, please contact us.

An item is a different price online and in store?

We aim to have the same prices online as in store. However, from time to time there may be special online offers that are not available in store and vice versa. To make sure you don’t miss out on our online specials, create an online account so we can let you know you about special offers and sales.

Sportsgirl stores are located in most major retail areas and shopping centres of Australia. To find your closest store, please use our store locator.

How Do I Use A Promo Code Online?

From time to time, we have online offers that are redeemable by entering a promo code.

To redeem an online offer, enter your promo code into the promo code box, which you will find on the My Bag or Checkout page. If the promo code you are entering is not working, please check that it is still valid and not out of date.
