MANAGER AND BONUS SCHEMES

All Store Managers are eligible for a monthly and end of season bonus, providing certain goals are met within your business. The size of your bonus is based on your store’s turnover. Assistant Store Managers in our top stores are also eligible for a monthly and end of season bonus as well- once again, only if goals are exceeded.
