- It's Blair Waldorf.. I made a cross bow tie like hers to wear in place of my real school tie. My favourite outfit it when she had the huge candy canes when Roman and her dad come home in Roman Holiday.

- lol that's cute! i wish i was still in high school. but we didn't have ties at my school, so i folded my scarf into tie shape to make it more fashionable :)
