Hey sportsgirl! i got a problem

i was just wondering, i purchased some earrings from one of your stores and they were rusty! i really wanted to wear them that day, but yea as i said they were rusty and i had just bought them that day. I know if i take them back to your store you will easily do so and refund my money or the like...but i think this is wrong..
