SKINNY JEANS FOR SKINNY PEOPLE

dance_like_me: said this on Wednesday 10 March 2010, 03:35 PM; I was reading a trashy magazine article the other day (bear with me...I was at the doctors...it was the only thing they had) and I came across an article on the right jeans to wear. And it said (between the lines, but still VERY clear) that only skinny people should wear skinny jeans.
Is this true?
I am quite curvy...definately not 'skinny' but I still love my jeans.
Should I ditch them? Or rip the article into a million peices and wear my jeans with pride :)

Note::: I'm not normally one to be told what not to wear and what my style is...but this article just bugged me a bit. Just want to know your opinions :)

There are some amazing stockings, boots, heels and dresses about....think i will be stocking up :) I just had a really random thought, i can not rememeber a time that i have seen the gossip girls wearing jeans on the show. Haha anyways....
So i think you should rip the article up in a million bits and wear whatever the **** you want x

If they were "only meant for skinny people" then why would they make them in size 14's plus
black and darker straight washes are great for those who arnt a stick figure : )

Pay attention to which colour tones and style suit you, if you love thoes skinny jeans- girl rock them with confidence and style.
Personally i tend to lean towards more a stretchy material in my skinny jeans as i have small legs, small mid section but curvy hips and booty.
Theres a style, colour and cut to suit everyone!
