    Exercise is something everyone needs to do. Whether its to tone up, slim down or just stay healthy. What exercise do you do?
    I swim and I occasionally cycle. I'd like to take up tennis this summer as well. I find it hard to exercise in winter- its too cold!

    I danced from the age of 4 up until a few months ago, and quitting that I realised how fit it kept me!
    Now I walk/run 30mins 5 days a week, and I have an elliptical machine that I do 20mins on every day.

    Dancing does keep you in great shape, I used to dance too!
    I never thought I would like exercising at a gym but have had a membership for about a year now and am really liking it. I use the weights machines, steppers, eliptical x-trainers, and this new machine called a tread-walker that apparently burns heaps more calories than a normal treadmill!

    Wow after reading that I feel so lazy now. I don't do very much at all. I try to run or ride to uni (about 5 km away) a few times a week, but that depends on what time I get up...haha.

    i bike ride,walk ,swim ,do yoga and dancing too love how healthy u look after exercising

    i love to excersize! it always makes me feel really accomplished after iv'e done it. I horse ride, dance and do 30 minutes of pilates every day :)

    I will probably sound like a super hussy but for the past year my friends and i have been taking pole dancing classes. I recommend them to everyone, they are such an amazing workout and you have so much fun....

    yes ,exercise is life. it brings u energy. i most of my exercise is running. sometime i play tennis , climb the mountain. well. the summer is coming, i will add swimming.

    running is the best! and when i'm lazy.. .walking :)
    but i also love tennis and netball - both amazing sports
