Curious to know what you can't live without, or just a product that you want to recommend.

Personally, I find it so annoying how many beauty products I've wasted my money on, only to get it home & find it just doesn't work for me!
Maybe we can help each other take some of the guesswork out of the equation?

Anybody know if YSL Touch Eclat is really that good? I've heard mixed reviews...

i think mineral makeup is overated. i stick to Avon makeup, pretty good quality for a good price

Yes! Mineral makeup makes my skin look awful!!
I have really oily skin & find that a mousse type works best. Currently using Boots No 7 mousse foundation.
How easy it to get the colour right if you buy from an Avon catalogue?

Does anybody know of any easy-to-apply liquid eyeliners out there??

i had the YSL Touch Eclat, i didn't think it was anything too special. but someone gave it to me so i didn't really get shown how to use it properly...
but i did discover from a make up artist friend (as it was running out) that it is actually good to use as an illuminator - whereas i was using as an undereye concealer. I didn't really even have anything to conceal i just liked to whip it out cause its expensive and i though i was pretty special.

Foundation i'm loving is 'georgio armani luminous silk' but pricey though at about $90.00!!!
wanted to try something mineral but think i'll pass now thanks girls.
could use a cheaper liquid one though.

    what is Boots?

Boots is a pharmacy chain, huge in the UK but also now in other parts of the world, too. No 7 is their 'own brand' makeup range, but it's really good. Just have to get it while travelling!
I've often thought about trying Giorgio Armani foundation, but it is very expensive, as you say!
Also, Laura Mercier looks good, anybody tried her??

I was actually thinking about getting a mineral foundation, I don’t think the foundation looks that good when it’s on, but I do believe the hype about it being better for my skin. It’s at least got to be better than my MAC, which has great coverage but makes me break out.
In general I’m always changing beauty products and brands, there’s not really one specific item I couldn’t live without.

Lancome toner is a big no-no for me, mine gave me big red rashes and they wouldn't give me a refund.
