Hi, i bought a yellow collared shirt dress from one of your stores in melbourne a week ago, the first time i wore it once and loved it so i threw away the receipt. when i washed it, i followed the instructions exactly but it still shrunk 2 sized down, it was a 12 and now my friend who is an 8 only just fits into it. i don't want a refund i just want to swap it over for the same same size. i was wondering if that was possible with your refund policy?
