Hey Sportsgirl, I bought the Burnt Orange Plait Sweater a couple weeks ago when it just came out, but I just noticed that some of the wool on the back neck area has started to come undone. I've only worn it twice and there's no way I could've done it. Can I get a replacement for this? I still have the tags and receipt. And do I have to go back to the same store?

Please feel free to drop by a store (doesn't have to be the same one you purchased it from) with the jumper and any proof of purchase you might have (receipts, bank statements, etc). The girls there will be able to assist you with an exchange or refund. Hope this helps! x

Hi, I just bought a neutral textured knit and bunch of other cool stuff online, (So HAPPY with what i bought, btw) but as after i sent my order in I realised i got the textured knit in the wrong size and i don't know how to fix it, is there any way i can fix it ASAP the need for it is urgent.
