Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging at times. But if you eat the right foods, drink pleanty of water and exercise regularly, you should be able to maintain a healthy weight, improve your concentration and sleeping patterns. Just to name a few!
We should all be eating:
. Whoegrains:this includes breads and cerials etc.
. Red Meat: containing a good source of Iron and Protein
. Fruits and Vegetables~ Stick with the 2Fruits&5VegesaDay!
~ The list goes on...
Just Remember to drink about 6-8glasses of water, have 2&5 serves of Fruits & Veges and do at least Half an Hour of Exercise per Day! - And you will be fine!
