  4. You consent to us using your name, in the event you are declared a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of promoting this promotion and any products and services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us.
  5. We reserve the right to request you provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
  6. The promoter is Sportsgirl Pty. Ltd, registered office: 11 Palmer Parade Richmond Vic, ABN 77090049415 ( 'Us', 'We' and 'Our'). We will facilitate the fulfilment and management of the prizes.
  7. The promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age and older, and are able to take the prize referred to in clause 10 ('You'). Directors, management and employees of Sportsgirl Pty. Ltd. Limited and their agencies associated with this promotion, together with the immediate family members of these employees, are not eligible to enter this promotion.

  8. This competition is a game of skill. To be eligible you must answer a question in 25 words or less and include your name, email address and day time phone number.
  9. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. All entries will become our property upon submission through our website.
  10. The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 4th of August 2008, and closes at 4:59pm AEST on 25th August, 2008 (the Promotion Period).
  11. All entries will go into a national draw to be conducted by the Promoter at 5.00pm AEST on 25th of August, 2008 at the offices of Citrus Internet Pty Ltd, Level 5, 100 Albert Road South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia at 5:00pm (AEST). The winners will be notified by phone and email on the 25th of August and they must be available to travel on Friday the 29th of August.
  12. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The prize includes return flights to Melbourne on the evening of the Friday the 29th of August, one night's accommodation on the 29th of August and 3 x $500 Sportsgirl vouchers to be spent in Sportsgirl on the 30th of August.
  14. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold.
  15. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and email on the 25th of August, 2008.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. If a prize remains forfeited or unclaimed as at 9am on the 26th of August, 2008, the Promoter will hold a second chance draw on the 26th of August, 2008 at the offices of Citrus Internet Pty Ltd, Level 5, 100 Albert Road South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
  17. We (and each of our related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion, the receipt or use of this prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, or providers, computer equipment, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage you may suffer or any other persons computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
  19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster we reserve the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
