Mandy Shadforth is a blogger on the rise. The creative and stylish brains behind the iconic fashion blog 'Oracle Fox' gives us an exclusive and intimate tour of her amazing artist studio and talks to us about what inspires her most in life.

Tell us a bit about yourself Mandy.

Mandy: Growing up in sunny Queensland I have always been a tomboy and a lover of the great outdoors. During school and the years following most of my work has revolved around being creative, painting and using my imagination.

Last year I decided to put all of my inspirational images into one place, which is how I started my blog 'Oracle Fox'. Since I began my blogging adventure, even though I still paint and draw, I find that I am using my creative skills in other ways.

What are some of your favourite things?

Mandy: I love collecting beautiful fashion images, taking photos, and sharing it all with the world. I love meeting new people, drawing, colour, and the ocean.

Is there anything you don't like?

Mandy: I don't like structure or serious rules, or having to be super tidy, and I seriously don't like liquorice.

What inspires you most in life?

Mandy: I am inspired by the beautiful surrounds that I grew up in. The beach, surfing, travelling to interesting places, and hanging out with my fantastic and creative friends. At the moment I am also really inspired by pops of colour in mother nature and fashion.

Where is your favourite place in the world?

Mandy: Definitely my home and surrounds in Queensland, Bali for surfing and shopping for unusual things, and as I discovered during my recent trip to LA, the lifestyle and culture of Venice Beach in California.

What would your perfect day consist of?

Mandy: My perfect day is heading to the beach around sunrise, going for a surf, having breakfast with my friends in a cute little cafe in the sun, a quick stop at the markets to check out interesting and unusual trinkets, and then a cruisey dinner at a cafe by the sea with my man.
