We LOVE this! Operation Beautiful is a campaign to make women around the world feel beautiful, one post-it note at a time! Even better, you can get involved.
Here’s how it works: 25-year-old US blogger Caitlin Boyle writes simple positive messages and sticks them up in public places - from bathroom mirrors to grocery aisles! Then she snaps a pic of the note and puts it up on her blog at http://operationbeautiful.com/
Caitlin says: “I began Operation Beautiful by leaving positive messages on the mirrors of public restrooms. My personal goal is to leave as many Operation Beautiful notes as I can: maybe some people read them and just smile, but I bet some people are truly touched by the effort of a random stranger.”
Here's the fun bit: Operation Beautiful is all about women around the world joining in with their own random acts of awesomenes! It’s a simple, super cute idea that has taken off bigtime: lovelies everywhere have been spreading the warm and fuzzies with their own little messages of kindness, from the US, Australia, Japan and the Bahamas, to name a few!
Check out a few of our fave notes from the thousands - yes, thousands! - that have been sent in so far:

Have you found a note? Why not get involved and spread the love with your own personal post-it message at work, school or somewhere public - we know we will! Lovingly recommended by Sportsgirl xo
