My bag has items totalling $

Continuing our support of the bright young things of fashion, this year we’ve teamed up with Frankie magazine to support the LMFF Metamorphosis Student Showcase. We caught up with the amazingly talented finalists as they get set to hit the catwalk.
Hong Kong local Albert Lee travelled to Australia to realise his dreams of fashion design, and we're blown away by the 26-year-old's futuristic, sculpted designs for both men and women.
SPORTSGIRL: TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF ALBERT?
Recently graduated from RMIT University, a place where my dream of a fashion designer begins to realise. I came all the way from Hong Kong to the fashion capital of Australia, I never expect myself and my collection could go this far.
AND YOUR COLLECTION FOR THE LMFF METAMORPHOSIS STUDENT SHOWCASE?
The collection is tilted “Blending In” which consists of outfits with monochromatic nature. The black and white demonstrated the subtle emotion of loneliness. Soft draped wool and tailoring features took the centre role of the collection.
HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE SHOWING AT THE LMFF?
It is definitely an honour to be selected in one of the most amazing events in Australia. Can’t wait to see all the latest creations by all the talented designers during LMFF.
WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR COLLECTION?
When physical bodies disguise themselves with the surroundings through changing appearance, not only we see camouflage, we become part of the surroundings. Human body are, indeed, too fragile to fight against the environment. We choose to merge with them to seek for protection instead. Clothing here served as a media for the body to blend into any landscapes, both natural and artificial.
WHAT OR WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION?
I love everything that has an asymmetry aesthetic. Trying to find the minor detail in our daily lives and then turn it into big ideas. Rei Kawakubo rocks my world the most!
