Album of the Month: Delphic "Acolyte"
Delphic are three Manchester lads who blend indie guitars with euphoric electronica to deliver a debut album of epic proportions!
Their unique mix of emotive songwriting and techno grooves have seen Delphic win fans across the UK and get signed to Polydor and hip Parisian label Kitsune. With three impressive radio-friendly singles, Counterpoint, Doubt and This Momentary receiving strong support on Triple J, it’s only a matter of time before they win hearts and set dance floors on fire in Oz!
It’s only fitting that Modular release their album Acolyte, a refreshing debut of upbeat driving indie dance that never waivers in tempo or quality. Following in the footsteps of legendary Manchester supergroups the Happy Mondays and New Order, we predict big things for these Brit pop prodigies!
