Chippy i am only just trying to learn more about cool eye makeup but my guess would be the Shady Lady eyeshadow in black and dark blue/navy for the outsides. then s ilver/blue shimmer powder or stick for the inside lines. then mascara and a crap load of eyeliner haha! hope that helps! im working on perfecting the smokey eyes look...
